Your message lands with a real person, not a ticket queue. During business hours we usually reply within the hour, and yes, we read the half formed parts too.
First comes a short call or email thread about who the product serves and what problem it solves. No wireframes, spec documents or technical vocabulary needed. A voice note and a rough sketch are plenty.
Then we send a written summary with recommended scope, a realistic timeline and clear pricing. If an off the shelf tool fits you better than custom work, we say so before anyone signs anything.
